Last day of Camp.

A Memoir...

Last day of camp, during the handout of roses. I knew my Mom wasn't going to be there, but still an excitment went through my head thinking she was. As soon as Jay-R said, "Once your ready, you can go to your parents." I turned around and my eyes skimmed the back of the room.I saw no familiar face. I turned back to the front and tears rolled down my eyes. I felt lonely. More and more tears rolled down. As soon as I turned to the front, Jeane Michael grabbed the seat next to me and tried to comfort me. The tears were non stop at this point. I felt more hands on my back. Two hands became three then four, five, six... Everyone was around me. Some felt my pain others didn't. I knew I wasn't alone anymore. God blessed me with a new group of friends and they were there to stay. I love you guys ♥

Ehh.. I have nothing to do. So, why not blog?

This morning I wrote a poem about my mornings. I'm no poet but I think it's good.

Good morning
Message received, heart is hallow.
Can't go back to sleep, my emotions full with sorrow.
Alarm sounds, lives awaken.
Thump on the floor, Baby's life is almost taken.
Baby cries out for pain.
Mother is yelling cause of shame.
But why is she yelling?
No ones to blame.
Total chaos is going through my head.
My blood is heavy, turns to lead.
My mornings aren't to great.

Today, I chilled with my Brother, Mark, and Nowen for awhile. Too bad I didn't bring my camera :(

A friend of mine is into this whole poetry thing. I asked him to write me up a poem, and this is what he came up with.

Living Death
Why do men pity the dead?
When most people have died anyway.
I say people live to die. While living ponder death.
To stay alive is to be a minority in the endless struggle of life.
Promises lead to pearly gates when we know it's surely fake.
Why do I struggle to live when I'm living to die a most likely death.
I say when I die. Don't cry. Nothing will happen to the stars above the blue sky.

Summer

Hmmm summer? Summer is basically over and I have to say that summer went by quick, well you what they say, "Time goes by fast while your having fun." -__- Anyways like what I said before summer was great. I haven't been to the beach this year. I know that's what summer is all about. But who needs a dirty, sandy, shark infested beach where everyone looks at your body? When you have a clean bathtub a home with no sharks and all the privacy you want. Lol. This summer was diffrent because this year my family and I did NOTHING! Each year we usually go to splish splash or go away for the weekend. Instead, I was yelled at by my Mom almost everyday. Doesn't that sound fun? Here's a plus. School's comming up and I didn't do my summer reading book. Don't get me wrong, I want to do it but all the book stores sold out. Isn't that great?

Forreal though. Summer was fine. I had a chance to hang out with my family. I got to meet new people and catch up with old friends. I got myself a camera which I always wanted. Last but not least, I spent the summer with my Girlfriend<3

When I went into the "sneaker game" I only liked Jordans and Nikes. I promised myself never to wear Vans. After a while, I realized that my sneakers were way to flashy. I wanted to wear something nice and simple. I looked into vans and bought myself a pair.
